We travelled with our 3.5 year old daughter and experience was exceptional. - Super Clean - Cooking Facility with cookware, cutlery, glasses, rice cooker & toaster. - Microwave and Oven. So you are sorted as vegetarian. - Washing Machine & Dryer, Refrigerator, cloths drying stand. Was very convenient as we need to pack less and we can reuse cloths. - Breakfast is good. They have few pure veg options which they can prepare on demand like pasta, salads, fried rice, sandwich and potato wedges. - Location wise they have a 24*7 convenience store 300 meters to locality. Also this is within a small mall, so you can buy few things from grocery store. - We booked a full day cab to ninh binh via hotel, they charged 100USD for 3 locations. This is a bit costly but given comfort we were okay. Also car was in great condition and driver was very helpful. - Last but not the least, the staff was very helpful and they made every effort to make our stay awesome. Highly recommend staying here if you are on business travel or vacation. Service was amazing and staff really friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was also decent. I would rather recommend staying here than Old quarters if you do not want to be in the middle of touristy and market crowded place… lot of restaurants around Fraser suites and Old quarters is just 10-12mins away by Grab… I’m certainly staying here again on my next visit to Vietnam.
Stayed at Fraser Suites Hanoi for one night. We had booked the deluxe studio but they upgraded us to the one bedroom apartment. However, the apartment was quite dated and depressing. The bedsheet had holes, there were wires sticking out at places, and the exhaust had dust sticking to it. The whole apartment was really outdated. So much so that I was happy going back to the studio from a one bedroom apartment, but that was fully booked. One side of the bed had no side-table or plug points. It was very inconvenient. If you book with them, make sure you only book in the tower B - other towers have very outdated rooms that need some serious renovation. We stayed in their executive studio a few days before this stay and it felt like a whole other hotel. It was a wonderful experience staying there. Modern clean rooms with very thoughtfully done interiors. Avoid tower A and C rooms if you want a well maintained modern room.
We stayed here for 4 nights and has a bad stay the first night. We were in a lower level suite which was very noisy and out dated. The staff however we very sympathetic and moved us up into one of the towers for the other 3 nights and after that we had a fantastic stay. The bed was comfy and all amenities were great for where we were. It’s also located next to a mall for groceries and other comforts. I would say the staff made this hotel for us, they helped us out and looked after us after no choice with the lower level rooms. These rooms need updating or renovating to a better standard.
