Price is on the higher side but my experience was good. I did the fire treatment and didn't get the name of the female therapist but she was skilled and the heat was very soothing. However, my family's experience was not so good, the 3 male therapists who did their massage asked for a tip and also for a 5 star review, which was not very nice. Also our feet were not washed before the body massage, which is usually a standard in massage parlours. Hope this can be improved.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tonkin Spa! The hot stone massage was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed—perfect for unwinding. The therapist was incredibly skilled, using just the right amount of pressure while incorporating the warm stones in a way that melted away all my tension. The heat from the stones was deeply relaxing and really helped loosen up tight muscles, especially in my back and shoulders. I left feeling completely refreshed, lighter, and more at ease than I have in a long time. If you’re looking for a truly soothing and professional massage experience in Hanoi, I can’t recommend Tonkin Spa enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The massage was exceptional, and the masseuse was incredibly friendly and attentive. Her name is Ngan, she really took the time to understand where I was feeling discomfort and constantly checked in to ensure the pressure was comfortable. They were also very accommodating, upon entering they would ask if you would like some water or tea.After the massage they had a fruit waiting for you🤣! They gave me a banana 🍌. So don't worry coming in on an empty stomach. The price was definitely worth it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience!
