2 DAYS OPTION Day 0: Pick up from Hanoi or or another location. The first night is included if you want to arrive early and spend a night in Ha Giang City. Day 1: Ha Giang – Tam Son – Dong Van (135 km) Begin your journey with a pickup from your hotel in Ha Giang City. Bac Sum Slope: Ride through mountain vistas and peaceful villages Quan Ba Heaven Gate : The highest point at 1500m above sea level, and enjoy panoramic mountain views. Can Ty Pass : Another amazing pass on the way to Yen Minh. Yen Minh Town : Stop for lunch Vuong ancient house (Hmong King palace) : Visit the Palace in Sa Phin village. Dong Van town : Check in to your homestay, explore the ancient town, and enjoy a dinner of local foods. Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Ha Giang (160 KM) Last day of the journey. Dong Van Local Market (Sunday only) : After breakfast, visit the biggest local market around. Ma Pi Leng Pass : One of Vietnam’s Four Great Passes Meo Vac Town : Stop for lunch Lung Tam Village : Learn about traditional hemp weaving of the Hmong people. Last stop : Enjoy a breathtaking view of Ha Giang and surrounding while grabbing a last drink. 3 DAYS OPTION Day 0: Pick up from Hanoi or or another location. Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Du Gia Village (90 km) The middle of the trip, a big but unforgettable day. Dong Van Local Market (Sunday only) : After breakfast, visit the biggest local market around. Nho Que River : A boat trip through Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia. Ma Pi Leng Pass : One of Vietnam’s Four Great Passes Meo Vac Town : Stop for lunch, then continue to Du Gia Village. Sa Li Pass : Best views of Dao villages and rice terraces. Du Gia Village : Check in to a local homestay, and enjoy a dinner with traditional music. Day 3: Du Gia Village – Ha Giang City (120 km) Last day, filled with waterfalls and cultural experiences. Du Gia Waterfall : One of the most beautiful waterfall, perfect for swimming. Hmong villages : Visit the beautiful traditional villages of the Hmong community Lung Tam Village : Learn about traditional hemp weaving of the Hmong people. Nam Dam Village : Stop for lunch and discover a Dao cultural village. Last stop : Enjoy a breathtaking view of Ha Giang and surrounding while grabbing a last drink.

  • Small group of 8 persons maximum. We'll arrange to pick you up the day before your tour begins, with your chosen start time indicating the bus departure from Hanoi. We also offer pick-up and drop-off services from various locations beyond Hanoi, including Sapa, Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Cao Bang, and Cat Ba. The Ha Giang Loop is an extended road trip, so be ready for long hours of riding. Make sure to pack suitable clothing and gear for a multi-day journey. Your safety is our priority. Always wear a helmet and follow the guide’s instructions to ensure a secure experience. Accommodations are typically traditional homestays or simple guesthouses, with meals featuring local, straightforward cuisine. This offers an authentic cultural immersion, but expect basic facilities. We recommend bringing a small bag or backpack with essentials for the motorbike tour. If you own larger suitcases or non-essential items, it can be safely stored at our hostel in Ha Giang City.
