Great location on the edge of the old town. We had a quad room and it was generous in size the air conditioning was excellent. Despite being next to a busy road it was quiet inside. Very clean. Staff were great and the breakfast was superb, it was the best overall breakfast of our trip with pho, eggs and a buffet with loads of lovely fruit, cereals, and other hot items and the best pho we had in Vietnam.
Excellent stay with very helpful and friendly hotel staff. This was my second time in Hanoi, and I chose to stay at the same hotel both times because of its great location and wonderful hospitality. Everything is within walking distance, including the lake, night market, and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent as well. Special thanks to Kate and her team for their fantastic hospitality. Kate also helped arrange our Ninh Binh trip, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended.
Fantastic hotel for a very good price! I would (and have been) recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! Rooms are very clean and well equipped, if you need anything just ask the staff! Location is great, very close to iconic spots in Hanoi, we were given a map on arrival with brilliant recommendations for food and tourist areas. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of fresh fruit and local treats available. Most of all the staff are AMAZING! We were given a room upgrade both times we stayed here and very well taken care of, the staff didn’t even let us carry our own bags once. Rides and tours can be organised from the front desk. Most of all we’d like to thank Kate. I lost my phone in a grab right before we got on a train to Hue and she organised so many people to help us get it back to us. Truly an amazing person who deserves the world. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Kate!! You saved our holiday!!
It was nice experience staying in the hotel. We stayed in the same hotel during our trip in Vietnam. Staffs are really helpful and ready to arrange any special request. We booked the room till Sunday which includes breakfast. However we changed our flight and they have arranged the breakfast one day before. Staff Lucie is really polite and helpful and was helping us to see the attractions. She has even arranged the bus to sapa. All good experience
We've stayed as a family for three nights at Embassy Hotel Hanoy as a first hotel after arriving in Vietnam. The location was really nice and just a few meters to walk to the old quarter where you will find a lot of street food, restaurants and shops. Due to extension of our stay, it was required to change the room, because the hotel was fully booked. The second room was unfortunately not that nice, nearly no daylight and noises at night. So if you have the chance, check the room or category upfront. The overall organization from the hotel was perfect. For hotel pickup and trips you will have a personal contact , which was really comfortable. Everything worked perfect. Some of the more expensive excursions have to be paid for in cash, which is a bit inconvenient when ATMs only give out limited amounts of money. I found that somewhat annoying compared to booking such trips online for an even cheaper price with less effort. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, egg dishes and traditional noodle soup, as well as International breakfast dishes. Overall we had a good holiday experience here.
