⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! My family had an amazing stay at this hotel. Due to the unexpected impact of Typhoon Bavi in Taiwan, our connecting flights were canceled, which resulted in us overstaying our visa. During this stressful situation, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They patiently guided us through the proper procedures, followed all regulations, and worked with the local authorities to help resolve everything. A huge thank you to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hong at the front desk (receptionist) and the entire team. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to my family. We are incredibly grateful for all your support. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only minor issue was that it had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, although I can’t recall whether we had requested a non-smoking room. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. There are countless restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores right outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore and find great food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you again for making a difficult situation much easier for our family!
I would like to recommend this small sweet hotel in great area of old town Hanoy. Service was excellent, all persons spoke good English and willing to help any time. With a smile. Rooms great, mattresses were so comfy.. and smelling good. Mr. Soo was so helpful anytime i asked him for help. I truly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at The Chi Boutique Hotel, and Lily Dang and her team were the highlight. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect for getting around, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. But it was the service that really stood out. Lily was warm, attentive, and quick to respond throughout our trip, even checking in on us while we were traveling and kindly storing our luggage for us. Those little touches made a big difference, and we felt genuinely taken care of. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you, Lily. Highly recommend.
This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations. Returning felt like coming back to a place I already knew I could trust. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Hanoi and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, great restaurants, and shopping. The staff remembered me and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being in such a central location, it was peaceful and quiet at night. This second visit confirmed my first impression: excellent service, great value for money, and a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. Perfectly located and exceptionally welcoming, Chi Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were outstanding, and Lily in particular went above and beyond. She helped arrange my transportation to Ha Long Bay and even followed up several days later to ensure I had successfully connected with my return driver—despite the fact that I wasn’t returning to the hotel. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and sunset cocktails on the rooftop offered beautiful views of St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The breakfast spread was impressive and provided the perfect start to each day of exploring. Overall, I found the hotel to be an incredible value and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Hanoi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
