Loved my stay there! The roof top cafe was very and serve very high quality drinks! They make their own kombucha and add fresh juice in it! The missing star was for the slow cafe service and some of the staffs didn’t even greet you when you enter the hotel. Overall, very good and great location especially if you want to hang out around the train street.
The hotel was very comfortable, and you get all you need for a totally reasonable price! One notable mention is their Laundry service - super fast and also affordable, came back in the most pristine format too, folded and smelt great. We initially only washed a part of our laundry, but decided to wash all of our clothes with them after receiving the first load back. We also loved their fun rooftop bar, and very friendly service! The only part to keep in mind is the distance between this place and attractions. Though its close to most places, and only take 30mins on foot, we found it quite hard to get to places as its hectic to walk on the streets in Hanoi. We ended up taking cabs to everywhere, which is very affordable here so no issues, but keep that in mind if you are thinking of chill strolls to the attractions, that didnt work for us. The pro-side of the location is its quite calm, and cafes/restaurants in the area are not crowded so it was fun to wonder about and see how locals lived.
Great experience in this hotel. Down a super quiet street which is perfect away from the craziness of the old quarter. We dropped off our clothes at 7pm & received them back at 11am the next day! Perfect service. Each day you can get a free coffee from the rooftop cafe which is a great perk.
Good location, near the Ga Ha Noi, but Shame about the limited access to the hotel as it's located in such a cul de sac alley. Hard to get grab taxi to drop or pick up Quite noisy if you a light sleeper like me, you still can hear the generator from the construction site. The housekeeping is quite on and off, lack of small details ( bed unmade, amenities not been top up ) . However the Amazing staff Ha, Candice, Sean made up all the faultiness. Try the local food vendor along the alleyway, best Bun Bo Nam Bo and Bun Cha
This is a relatively new hotel near Hanoi Station. The street in front has a local feel, but it's only about a three-minute walk from the station. There are restaurants and banks nearby, so it's convenient. The lobby was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was compact but modern and had everything we needed. The shower was positioned a bit awkwardly, so it got the toilet wet, but there was hot water. The only downside was the towels, which were quite rough. There is a cafe bar on the rooftop where guests can enjoy one free drink. It's a lovely space, so it felt a shame to leave. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Some rooms are spacious and have views, so I recommend it for couples. Room tour movie can be seen on YouTube. Search by hakurepo(泊レポ) or hotel’s name.
