Spaces room. Breakfast not bad n hv choices for Halal. Location not a walking distance but still ok if taking grab.

The bathroom was the main issue. It wasn’t clean at all—there were hairs on the walls, tiles, and floor from previous guests, and the drain wasn’t cleared. Even after we asked the staff to clean it, there was no noticeable improvement, which was really disappointing and not very professional. The room itself was just okay and a bit worn, which I could have overlooked, but the cleanliness really wasn’t up to standard. We also had an issue with the laundry service losing an item and still charging us full price, which felt like a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.
I stayed at this hotel recently and was honestly pretty disappointed, especially given the generally good Google reviews. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t very clean at all—even after we asked them to send someone to clean it again, it still looked the same with hair everywhere and dirty walls. It honestly seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly at all. On top of that, we had our laundry done, and while they did it quickly, one sock went missing. That can happen, sure, but what really bugged me was that there was no goodwill or compensation for the inconvenience. We still had to pay the full price with no gesture of customer service, even though the staff were friendly in general. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
