The hotel is at a very strategic location, and the cleanliness is extra, once I walked in the smell making me feeling so relaxed. And the counter reception is giving 1000% service especially DUC and BUI, they are so friendly and truly helpful. I would really recommend this hotel for those who want a 100% experience in HANOI.

As a business traveler, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel from the moment I arrived. The actual property looks even better than the photos online. Staff immediately assisted with my luggage from the car and guided me smoothly through the check-in process. While preparing the documents, they invited me to sit down and enjoy a welcome tea, which was a very thoughtful touch and tasted great. The hotel environment feels peaceful and relaxing, especially the garden area which is beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable throughout the stay. I could barely hear any outside noise, which helped me rest properly after work. The balcony view was also a big plus. The only downside during my stay was the TV system. It was very laggy and frustrating to use, especially when trying to watch YouTube, so I eventually gave up using it. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and streaming on my iPad worked perfectly without any issue. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality and a calm atmosphere that is surprisingly peaceful considering the central Hanoi location.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is in a great, quiet and safe location, and walking distance to lots of places. Breakfast included was a great spread, perfect to start our day before exploring Hanoi. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable and overall had a wonderful ambiance. Will definitely be booking again when we come back!

Our stay at Rey Hotel back in March turned out to be one of the best “staycation” experiences we’ve had in Hanoi. Even though we’re locals, we wanted a short getaway right in the city, so we were quite selective when choosing where to stay. Rey Hotel stood out thanks to its central location—super convenient for getting around—but what really made the difference was the staff. We especially want to thank Ngoc, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked for recommendations for authentic local food spots—the kind that locals actually go to, not touristy places—and she gave us some really thoughtful suggestions. From pho and bun to small hidden street food spots, everything she recommended was spot on. She also shared some nice places to hang out in the evening, more chill and less crowded, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely designed—modern but still warm and comfortable, not cold or impersonal like some hotels. After a day of exploring, it felt great to come back and relax. Overall, if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel in Hanoi with genuinely caring staff who can guide you to great local experiences, Rey Hotel is definitely a solid choice. Big thanks again to Ngoc and the whole team for making our stay so memorable ❤️
