Our stay at Acoustic Premium Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Rachelle, who immediately made us feel at home. She gave us cold towels, refreshments, and fresh fruits after our journey, then took the time to explain everything we needed to know about Hanoi. She shared helpful tips about crossing the busy roads, recommended famous spots around the Old Quarter, handed us a city map, and patiently answered all our questions. The room was spacious, elegant, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was already there, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We traveled with several heavy bags, and they gladly assisted us every time. We even lost the key to one of our padlocks, and one of the staff members went out of their way to help us cut it open. That level of service really meant a lot. The location is also excellent. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and many attractions in the Old Quarter. Grab cars can easily pick you up, although larger buses can’t access the area because of the city’s road restrictions. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet had so many delicious options that there was something for everyone. I especially loved the noodle station—and the cold brew coffee was unexpectedly fantastic! Before we checked out, Miss Rachelle also let us know that they could safely store our luggage until our evening flight. Even better, she told us we were welcome to use the hotel’s shower room later in the day so we could freshen up before heading to the airport. That thoughtful gesture perfectly summed up the hotel’s outstanding hospitality. It’s bittersweet that we only got to spend a little time with Miss Rachelle during check-in and check-out because she was truly wonderful. She left such a lasting impression on us. Some hotels give you a place to sleep. Acoustic Premium Hotel gives you a reason to look forward to coming back. If you’re visiting Hanoi, this is the kind of place that turns a great trip into an unforgettable one.
A perfect stay! This hotel is located in an excellent position, making it very convenient to explore the city and reach everything easily. The room was beautiful: spacious, tastefully designed, and extremely comfortable. The food was also very good, with high-quality dishes. But the true highlight of this hotel is the staff: exceptional and flawless in every way. I have never experienced a team so attentive, well-prepared, and always ready to help. Every request was handled with a smile and genuine kindness. They make you feel welcomed and cared from the first moment until the last. A truly outstanding experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for comfort and excellent hospitality. I will definitely come back!
The service at this hotel was excellent. From checking in to our last day, it has been a wonderful experience. It’s close walking distance to the train street, good massage place nearby and not rowdy. It’s along a one-way street so that is enough space for grab taxi to stop and alight. It’s clean and spacious with the family suite. They helped us make reservations at restaurants, and Receptionist Fiona was very thoughtful! She took initiative to suggest if we wanted our breakfast to be packed as we were travelling with children and our flight out was very early the next day. Would strongly recommend this place!
The service, staff, facilities, and cleanliness were exceptional. This was my 2nd visit to Hanoi and I am glad we chose this hotel. My friends and I (4 ladies) stayed in a Family Suite, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable, and came with ample towels! The room, and the hotel in general, looks exactly like the pictures! Everyone on the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and when we got to the room the staff had decorated the room with balloons and other celebratory decorations. It was perfect. And, the breakfast was tasty with a nice spread of various types of breakfast items, including made to order pho. Thank you to the breakfast staff for the dessert and song the morning of my birthday. The only thing I didn't like was the gym. There's no railing on the stairs, and all of the equipment is placed extremely close to each other. It's also a very high traffic area for both guests and employees. Yet still, I highly recommend this hotel. I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday. I look forward to my next stay!
